1977
Founded company as Alka traders Textile spare & grament trading company by our founder Govindbhai jangde while working at Mahindra mill Mehsana as technical head.
1988
Started Reparing Rapier Reed & HealdFrame.
2000
Establishment of new brand Praful Traders.
2008
As growing company Praful Traders, later registered as Praful Reed & Heald Frame Pvt. Ltd.
2010
Started own manufacturing of new dents 301 & 420. With new plant & started manufacturing of Heald frames.
2020
Establishment of our new state of art manufacturing facility on Kheda-Mehmedabad Highway.
